Dr. Julie Brefczynski-Lewis is a Research Assistant Professor in the Department of Physiology and Pharmacology at West Virginia University. She received her PhD in Cell Biology, Neurobiology, and anatomy from the Medical College of Wisconsin. She then went on to do postdoctoral fellowships at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and West Virginia University. Julie is with us today to tell us about his journey through life and science. |

Dr. Ted Uyeno is an Assistant Professor of Biology at Valdosta State University in Georgia. Ted received his Masters in Zoology from the University of Calgary and his PhD in Biomechanics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He then went on to serve as a postdoctoral fellow and Adjunct Professor at Northern Arizona University. Ted is with us today to tell us about his journey through life and science. |
